HOW TO USE

• Step 1: It is the third step, following the use of a whitening scrub/exfoliator.
• Step 2: Apply the whitening tonic to a cotton pad and gently swipe it over your face and neck.
• Step 3: Allow the tonic to absorb into your skin, usually for a few minutes.
