Terms & Conditions for Influencers

Engagement: The Influencer agrees to create and deliver reels featuring A+  Professional Range cosmetic products.

Compensation: The Company will provide products in exchange for the reels created by the Influencer.

Mention on Story: After the influencer uploads a post, they will also post a story after 18 hours.

Best reel quality: The reel quality is also top-notch. We will request it 3 times, and if we don’t get good quality, we will not proceed with the work further. The influencer has to post on their page and tag us as a collaboration.

Reel Creation and Delivery: a. The Influencer will deliver edited reels showcasing the Company’s products. b. Additionally, the Influencer will provide raw, unedited files associated with the reels.

Rights and Ownership: The Company retains exclusive rights to use and distribute the edited reels and raw files.

Compliance: The Influencer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising disclosures.

Non-Compete: The Influencer agrees not to promote competing products without prior written consent from the Company.

Confidentiality: The Influencer will maintain the confidentiality of any disclosed confidential information.

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. In case of inappropriate use of our product leading to defamation of the company or creating a negative image of the company, the contract will be terminated without written notice.

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].

Entire Agreement: This agreement represents the entire understanding between the Parties
